I was charged more than my receipt said , they charged me $66.09 when my receipt said $55.56, how about not charging people until they bring the uhaul back for accuracy

Stephanie K.I rented the truck for 11 hours, to be dropped off at 7pm. When I got there, he told me he was leaving early that day so I had to keep the truck over night as he did not want it parked there for fear of it being stolen. I did not plan on keeping a 26 foot truck over night so parking it was very inconvenient. He also said I had to have the truck back in the morning before he got there, which I also did not plan on doing right after moving my whole house. To top it all off, when I got there he told me he didn't have any utility dollies after I had booked 2 in my reservation. I would not recommend this place to anyone, it just added lots of stress to the already stressful situation of moving.
