Missing equipment on rental. (Directed to incorrect vehicle). Volunteered to wait 30 minutes for appliance truck to arrive. After 45 minutes told it would be another hour. Got phone number from regional manager. Was able to coordinate picking up equipment at another location. He was a proficient problem solver.
