The truck was not clean, the floor boards were dirty when I received it and now I’m being charged a fee after I’ve done everything I can to maintain and keep the truck clean.

MARIA CJoesph was the customer service representative that I dealt with and he was amazing. It’s a rarity that you go into a U-Haul and get such a welcoming. Moving is stressful enough. But what Joseph did for me that day was above and beyond. Give that man a raise.
