Kevin OEven though the employee is deaf, he was an excellent communicator, checked out the truck with us on return, and really attentive to our questions.
Mary AIt was a great experience, moving is one of my least favorite activities and the people at this location made it as easy and seamless as possible!
Michael KI had to wait a bit. It's pretty much a one-man operation at this location, but they had the equipment I needed and I didn't have to wait too long. The transaction went smoothly and quickly once we got started. They hooked everything up for me but, not did not show me how to unhook it. I am quite familiar with trailers so, I knew how to unhook everything. However, someone not so familiar might have struggled with that.
