First of all, the first location I booked with said they plenty of vehicles available I got there and they nothing available. So then I had to go to another location , when I got there no one was there to help me . My reservation made me have to get physical keys and I could not get ahold of the store personnel to assist me . I had to reach out to customer service and had to get an entirely different vehicle . Overall very unprofessional experience.

Nicholas BLocation needs to update the hours on their door. It says closed Monday and Sunday. But they’re open on Monday. When I read that upon returning the truck, I was going to use the key drop, but one of the personnel ran out to meet me. Otherwise, the location was OK, and the personnel was friendly and helpful.
