I ordered moving blankets with the rental and there were none. Since it was not an actual U haul location but a barbershop that happened to have rentals they said the blankets should be in there but there was nothing they could do about them not being in it.

First of all, the first location I booked with said they plenty of vehicles available I got there and they nothing available. So then I had to go to another location , when I got there no one was there to help me . My reservation made me have to get physical keys and I could not get ahold of the store personnel to assist me . I had to reach out to customer service and had to get an entirely different vehicle . Overall very unprofessional experience.
