I had to make two phone calls and wait over 30 minutes just to get the truck has no one was at the location and no one at customer service seemed to know how to get the truck As you can see, I put about 6 miles on the truck and put five dollars of fuel in and somehow I’m being charged over $11 for fuel The vehicle needs an alignment. This was an awful experience from start to finish. Couldn’t be more unsatisfied with U-Haul. If nothing is done this will for sure Be my last time doing any sort of business with you all.
