Workers barely spoke English and were not familiar with how to check out a U-Haul. Had to wait close to an hour for a manager to arrive to hand over keys.

Place is a dump. Return instruction and where to park are very unclear.
MICHAEL GYou should explain on your website that this is just a pick up/drop off location. The lock on your lock box should be replaced. It was very hard to set the combination to RENT. I needed to rent a two wheeled dolly, but there is no store. When I returned the truck, and finished taking all fifty pictures of different side and angles, I brought the key to the drop box, thats when some guy came up to me and explained that his little closet is the store... of course when I picked up the truck he just looked at me as I was struggling with the combination lock but just ignored me and went back to his conversation with I'm guessing a co-worker. Thanks for your help... Bottom line, I will probably never use U-Haul again. Tell your associate for that store I said thanks for all the help... asshole
Daniel KI requested a dolly that was not in the vehicle and the location was closed. So, that was a disappointment.
REBECCA BMy reservation was switched to mobile dispatch without anyone letting me know so I showed up to the lot and knocked on the door and discovered no one was there. I had to call U-Haul to find out what was going on and at that point I was told to continue the process using the U-Haul app. I had to download the app and when the app stopped working I had to call the uhaul help line again for assistance. It was just a very frustrating process from start to finish. I showed up 20 minutes early for my reservation and ended up finally leaving the lot almost 40 minutes after my reservation time. The location itself doesn’t feel the safest to be at when you’re alone.
