They wanted to add a $79.00 fee that was not legal. The main center that we reserved at told us the extra fee that they requested was not to be paid. Upon return they never mentioned the fee again. They struggled with the whole check in with the app on their end. They sent the information for drop off to HMAIL NOT GMAIL.All the while the gentleman complained about UHaul's software, claiming he had a Technical education and he could see the flaws, in part blaming a lack of ability to give me any paperwork other than the reservation. They had no printer and he was using his cell phone. They kept making us wait while they rang up customers in their convenience store. We felt the trucks are just a side hustle to exploit, and extort mire money from people. Insulting us by hustling extra money. I felt so bad fir the people who don't know better and paid it. We patiently waited while it came to my inbox. Thanked them and finally git the truck. We have rented many UHauls over 4 decades, this was a first. Mike the manager was shocked at the added fee and he apologized and said if they refused us to call him. We had one of the worst drives ever as we were worried that we would be charged erroneous fees for the rental.

Ana was very helpful in getting the job done. Very cooperative in having the right equipment for me. Had everything ready to go when I arrived.
RICHARD BTank was given to me on empty. Roaches covering uhaul. Uhaul wouldn’t go above 50mph without beeping. Was charged multiple random charges after I gave it back an hour and 30 minutes early with at least 1/3-1/4 of a tank. I want a refund.
Sydney SI am using a pixel 6a (android). The app was telling me that location services was not permitted even after I had permitted it. After I messed with this for a while, I called and waited on hold for almost 30 mins before someone answered and helped me to do the process online. This guy was aware of the location service bug and said it was only for some androids. That's totally unacceptable and has to be fixed. Wasted an hour of time I needed to be moving and ruined my schedule.
Calen GI will absolutely not ever rent from this location again, and depending on U-Hauls response to my problem may not rent from U-Haul again. While it may not seem like much ($8.08) it’s the intentional deception and falsifying of information to gain a few dollars that steers me in another direction. It’s not a mistake, it’s sleight of hand with the hope of that their hands in my pocket won’t be felt. Definitely not worth it. Very bad business.
