Need help at customer service had an appointment 11:00 am ( I did all online confirmation and paid). I still had to wait over 1/2 an hour to be service and waited another 15 minutes to hook up the tow. Your staff were fine just under staffMichael Q.

When I dropped off the truck, I gave my keys to the person that was checking the trucks, 7 hrs later I got an email saying that I had not returned the truck yet, I immediately called and they told me that they couldn't find the keys, I told them that I returned the truck at 1:15pm and gave the keys to the man, 5 minutes later I got an email with my final receipt. Isn't funny that they couldn't find the keys in 7 hours, but found them in 5 minutes?ANA S.

There was an issue with the self check on the rental. Iï¸ adjusted the gas level from full to 5/8 full when Iï¸ picked it up. When Iï¸ returned the truck the attendant said it was full when Iï¸ left. Iï¸ said that's not possible since Iï¸ drove it only 33 miles. Well anyways the attendant was kind and understood the problem. Suggest checking with the attendant upon leaving would avoid the confusion. Thank you.MICHAEL B.

The associate who helped us (Luis Rivera) did a fantastic job. He was very kind and efficient, and explained everything quickly and clearly. He also gave us some helpful tips about returning the truck to ensure we wouldn't be charged unnecessarily for things. The online early morning pick up is the worst experience I have ever gone through. The step by step process is a complete joke including a call to a second party to wake them up at 5 in the morning to see if it is actually me renting truck. Will never do that process againJim D.

You charge me for a 100 miles .I went 26 miles I put $ 8.78 in the truck . And with use letting you go into our account you took $ 178 .41 .I'm spreading this around. None of the staff wore a mask and did not keep 6 ft distance. Does the management or owner of this location not care about COVID-19!!
