When I got there the gentleman was playing with his child and didn’t even want to want on me! I didn’t get the trailer I paid for, the one I got was a motorcycle trailer so it coasted me more trips to move things. While the gentleman gave his girlfriend the biggest trailer that I had paid for. I also returned the trailer the same day, to the same location. I feel I should get a full refund at this time. I will not be using that location for u-haul again .

TAVI HReturn location was in a furniture store, worker was rude and told me they were not accepting anymore trucks and to go somewhere else? I told them that this is the dropoff location that was arranged with Uhaul and he was taking the truck. I requested he view the truck before I left, to make sure everything was in good condition, he refused so I took photos and left the keys with him.
