They clearly do not know what they are doing, they called me the day after i dropped off my equitment to change the dropped off location and on top of that blamed me bc they we're calling about the change day before (which ofc never happened). This company is a scam from start to finish,

Ese día el local estaba cerrado por lo que pase mucho trabajo para entregarlo y terminaron cobrando me el doble porque no lo pude entregar en el sitio pautado, deberían tomar en cuenta que si uno está devolviendo el vehículo a tiempo pero no se pudo en el destino lo importante es devolverlo, en cuanto asistencia la persona que me atendió en línea fue amable e intento ayudarme pero aún así terminaron cobrando me de más.
jose eOnly dealt with the personnel over the phone but they were very helpful. Did a contactless return so I never met them face to face.
Bart BThe key tag was broken and taped up before hand, and kept falling apart every time I put them down, other than that, drive was great.
Mia MThe owner charged me for gas, which i filled up the tank where i got it. Crooked . I took pictures before i drove off. He changed it, but why did i have to go through the hassle of proving it. Corporate should run an integrity check on this place.
