In general the process worked. I was skeptical about using the app to rent the uhaul, but the process worked. I felt uneasy through the process because I didn't trust that I would get the keys to the truck with out a real person being their to hand them to me. The truch was dirty on the inside. It's very uncofortable and bumby. No cruise control is crazy. This has to change Uhaul. You need to have cruise control in these huge vans. It would make life so uneasy. Next time I need a uhaul I will most likely research other brands becuase of this.

For this I was grateful, it's the small simple customer service things that matters to me. I'll rent from this location from now on.
