My equipment was not set aside at original location. Had to go to another location and second location did not have the keys for the 10’ truck I reserved so I had to rent a 15’ truck which was more expensive and burned more gas.

The U-Haul’s are being used by homeless. I have plenty of photos of all of the alcohol bottles outside of the units. That latch was not functioning. The unit was filthy on the inside.

Antonette OMy only issue is with having my pick up location changed by U haul and calling to make SURE there would still be a furniture dolly and being told there was. Then the day of rental, NO furniture dolly. The central scheduling do not care. They just say whatever they have to appease.
