Things going on at this location. When trying to do the paperwork to rent and pay for my U-Haul, the representative was interrupted at least 10 to 15 times by other phone calls regarding his rental business unrelated to U-Haul. Compared to other experience with U-Haul. This was outdated and disorganized. I was given a key to Wok a block and a half away to find a truck. Just not used to that experience with U-Haul

The services was very slow. The computer did not want to cooperate. It took us probably 45 minutes to an hour to get taken care of. The gentleman was very nice but the process was awful. The check engine light came on the truck within 10 miles of leaving the home that we packed up. The truck was very sluggish and not very conducive to the drive. I was not pleased.
JUSTIN BTrucks are 2 blocks away from the actual Key retrieval. Truck reaked of cigar or cigarette smoke Do they not make these trucks AWD or snow friendly? 10ft truck could not navigate snowy conditions and caused inconvenience in utilizing the truck while other awd trucks were able to do so.
