the online check in process was difficult. I had to call in to complete the pickup. I tried to login with a code sent to my email but i followed the link on the email to get to the uhaul page so I couldnt do both at same time. maybe an option to get the code by text or email would be helpful. then the app said i wasnt at the location even though i was whick is why i had to call in. the customer service agent had me get out of my vehicle and walk around the location for it to work. then he was very quick to get off the phone. i know time is money but considering all the trouble i was having, id been nice if he stayed on till i was comfortable with the login and process. overall it was fine and im thankful that i was able to rent a truck on non business hours.
Michael TThe truck was easy to find and access. They key lockers were easy to handle. Truck was clean and had the equipment I requested. Drop off was also just as easy.
