The pickup via the app was well below average. First make it usable, the keyboard constantly interfered with the input boxes on the app. In short the app looked like it was designed and built by a 3rd grader. Then moving my pickup point about 30 minutes further away was not a great start to the day. At least the drop off went as expected.

There were toys/small items from the previous customers move in the back of the truck. Also, my experience with Uhaul in general was struck down due to the fact both my pick up and drop off locations were both changed last minute which 1) added miles to my trip 2) costed me more money 3) took more time out of my day that i had not planned for when i booked this reservation weeks in advance.
Conor YCheck in was cumbersome and more involved than I wished. Please streamline or have pre-checkin. Also, back of truck had some cardboard scraps that I had to get rid of. Otherwise the truck experience was great. Thanks, Mark

Justin BLocation was closed on a Thursday afternoon, and a part of my order (a moving dolly) was missing so I couldn't get any help or get the dolly.
