The owner of this location was a very nasty man. I went to talk to him about where he wanted us to put the truck after hours. I waited outside for him for 20 minutes, only to find out he was outside cleaning out his personal truck. When he finally found time to talk to me. He was not a very nice man to talk to about anything. I also tried to find out some information about a reimbursement for turning in the truck two days early. He said, " NO! YOU WILL NOT GET ANY REIMBURSEMENT!!! " and he walked away from me. I don't understand why I wasn't entitled to any reimbursement when U-Haul received the truck 2 days early. I then called to report where and when the truck was dropped off.
