It was exactly what I would expect. The owner/operator reached out ahead of time to discuss some missing issues (the blankets were out of inventory). It gave us time to make other arrangements. He was also helpful in setting up the trailer, and even giving us his cell phone in case we had issues after hours. Would definitely recommend this location.
