Comment: Checking the unit back in was awesome. I was graciously greeted by a young gentleman that was determined to help. I explained my situation about the additional mileage charge due to the last minute pick up location change and he took it upon himself to delay the contract closing and call U-Haul to rectify the additional charges. Awesome work! Glad to see it was not the virtual check in nonsense.
