Customer service here was great but there’s no air conditioning in the building and no phone service so it lost a star for comfort while waiting for rentals. But the people were great and helped set up the tow and guide me into it

Reserved two dozen moving blankets to protect my furniture; however upon showing up the pickup location told me they just let someone else have the last blankets. They left me with no other options, and were not helpful at all in resolving the issue. I made these reservations weeks and in advance.
