DAWN MKey was not available, I had to call for support.I lost 1 hour.
Jose BThe sign on the building stated the closing time as 6:00 PM. We arrived at 3:00 PM and the office was closed. We called the listed phone number and reached a person who told us where to park the trailer, but that location was blocked by a pickup truck. After the owner moved the pickup, we were finally able to back the trailer into a very narrow slot. No one was there to help me remove the trailer from our hitch, so my wife had to stand on the back of the trailer as a counter balance, and I was then able to lift the trailer’s coupler off of the hitch.
