My phone number was inputed wrong and I never got mu code for pick up at 8 am. I came back 3 times and finally after numerous of calls I got the truck 2 hrs and 45 mins. I feel like I should be some what compensated for this horrible experience.

Larry CWhen I arrived to pick up my 26 foot truck it was not available. Had to call the customer service number and they walked me thru getting an 20 foot truck that was available. Also reserved 2 dozen moving blankets which I could not get so my furniture got scratched up. Awful experience all around.
