I was pretty frustrated when the check in process only required me to take pictures of the outside of the vehicle before leaving the location. Once I got to my destination, I opened the vehicle and it was full of cardboard and other crap. I was told it was cleaned and ready for me. I had to clean everything out before I even got the chance to start moving my stuff.

The employees at this shop were very helpful and kind, my main concerns for this shop was due to the quality of equipment given. When I dropped off trailer at U haul facility they were shocked by how worn / torn tire strapped were on car trailer.
