Explain that you will need to use the U-Haul app to verify the condition and fuel level of the truck before you can drive off. And that you may need to edit your web browser settings in order to do this. It took more time than expected to leave due to having to figure out I needed to make setting changes on my phone to take pics.
CAMERON WWindshield needed to be clean, center console also dirty. Windshield wipers need to be replaced.

DAVID LThe gentleman that helped me went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! I called to get drop off instructions but they were closed already, but he called me back within 30 seconds. Gave me great information. Even texted me a picture of the key drop. I successfully dropped off the truck, got home, only to find that I left my garage remote in the rental truck! It’s the only way into my new house I just moved into! I called him back, he agreed to meet me at the rental truck and gave me the remote!! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for him!!!
