ALBERT SVery rude and unfriendly customer service, but I'm glad it's the end of his shift, and another person process my rental.
ALEJO BI went in for a quote on August 11, 2025, I informed the U-Haul representative that I was moving in Winnipeg at the end of August which he knew I was a serious customer. He gave me a quote of $1,100. I waited over an hour to get a quote. He was serving customer from his gas station. I mentioned to him I’ll be coming in next week for the exact dates. I went back on August 18th and he said the price has gone up to $2,300. I was really upset! He mentioned I should of made a reservation and not a quote to keep the rate. How was I supposed to know that! I was totally upset that I wasn’t informed when they gave me a quote. Also. he mentioned that he might not have a truck for the dates I have requested. He then, said I might have to pick it up 2-3 hours from New Liskeard. I was totally shock of his response and attitude. His answers was: «that’s how it works at U-Haul » Terrible customer service!!! I would never recommend that location to anyone!
MARIE DOnline appointment made for 10am but Store did not open untill 12pm. Waisted 2 hours waiting. Drop off location couldn't find my info
