Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience. When I made my reservation, I was given a discount because I had to pick up the truck in New Liskeard, as there were no trucks available in Rouyn-Noranda. The original plan was for me to return the truck to Rouyn-Noranda. Later, the U-Haul dealer in New Liskeard asked me to return the truck to New Liskeard instead, assuring me that the discount would still be honored. I agreed to accommodate this request, even though it required me to change my plans and travel a significant extra distance. Unfortunately, the promised discount was never applied, and I ended up paying approximately $560 more than I had originally been told. To make matters worse, I received several phone calls asking where the truck was, even though it had already been returned to the New Liskeard dealer as requested. I fulfilled every commitment that was asked of me. Unfortunately, I do not feel that the same level of commitment was shown to me as a customer. This entire experience was frustrating, disappointing, and far below the level of service I expected from U-Haul. It has left me with a very negative impression of the company.

Dawn KThe guy didn’t even know how to help to hook up the trailer. Took longer with him beside me than is doing it alone. Was not knowledgeable he did not know the facts of hooking up and taking off a trailer the right way
