ROBERT MThe trailer was buried in a snow bank, had not been cleaned out and the owner wanted to charge us money to help lift the trailer into the hitch. The owner takes a picture of your credit card on her personal cell phone and you don’t get a copy of your invoice until days later even though one was requested that day.
