Why did you send me to this back alley place that took me 30 minutes to find. 3 minutes from where we lived was where the initial pick up location was. The day before, YOU called and changed the pick up location! It was terrible! You guys need to know this "man" who runs the place was NOT nice and he didn't talk good about Uhaul! He acted like I had an issue. I want some credit for this terrible experience! Seriously, if ANYONE from Uhaul actually reads this, call me. I want to talk to you! You will want to talk to me.

KRISTINE TThe drop off location was switched without my knowing, so I went to the original drop off location and was told I couldn’t leave the trailer there. The new drop off location was very hard to find. This was far and away my worst U-Haul experience. I’m seriously considering not using U-Haul ever again.
Nicholas DThere were no visable signage for this location. It is way in the back of an industrial center and the location is a repair shop for the trucks. The guys were very nice and extremely helpful.
