There were no visable signage for this location. It is way in the back of an industrial center and the location is a repair shop for the trucks. The guys were very nice and extremely helpful.

Did not have truck I needed

Lorenzo CThe location I picked up the truck at was not well marked, the entrance door was locked and we had to look around to find someone to help us. The person that helped us was friendly and helpful but renting Uhaul trucks did not appear to be his primary business.
William CStaff did not appear to be knowledgeable about trailer and hitches - rented me a trailer that was not mounted correctly and also had extreme overinflated and underinflated tires - which means I had to deal with this on my own - you should not send customers to sites like this one. Terrible quality of service and paid over $1000 for a junky trailer to haul gear across the country.
