I had booking for Uhaul from 2pm Friday to 2pm Saturday. But I returned uhaul early Saturday at 9am itself. I gave the keys to the uhaul person who said he will check the truck after he is done with an urgent task. But he extended check it to after 2pm and now I have been charged double for the rental. This is outrageous. If the uhaul personnel cant do his duty of properly of serving the customer right, and deliberately does thing to over charge the customer, he shouldn't be operating this business. This is unacceptable. Customer returned early but is overcharged for late return. Very shitty service.

Tejaswi NHaving to return it to the same location was not what I wanted. Truck to minutes to start and the full was n 49 miles left and I filled it and still got charged gas. Won’t be using this location again.
