My experience with U-Haul was extremely frustrating from start to finish. I arrived at 5:26 PM on 07/30 to pick up my truck, but I wasn’t able to get it until 5:53 PM. The biggest issue was that I was never informed ahead of time that I would need two people to verify my identity. Had I known this in advance, I could have had everything ready before arriving. Instead, it unnecessarily delayed the pickup process. To make matters worse, this all happened in 115° heat, so standing outside waiting for the verification process to be completed was far from ideal. Unfortunately, the return process was just as bad. It took me 15–20 minutes to return the truck because the U-Haul app repeatedly crashed and displayed an “Internal Error” message. I had to keep reopening the app and retrying multiple times just to complete the return. Overall, what should have been a quick and convenient rental turned into a stressful, time-consuming experience. Better communication about the verification requirements and a more reliable app would have made a huge difference.

ALONSO QTruck is dirty, front and back. Definitely will not rent from that location. The gentleman that helped me check out was nice.
Brandon WI had booking for Uhaul from 2pm Friday to 2pm Saturday. But I returned uhaul early Saturday at 9am itself. I gave the keys to the uhaul person who said he will check the truck after he is done with an urgent task. But he extended check it to after 2pm and now I have been charged double for the rental. This is outrageous. If the uhaul personnel cant do his duty of properly of serving the customer right, and deliberately does thing to over charge the customer, he shouldn't be operating this business. This is unacceptable. Customer returned early but is overcharged for late return. Very shitty service.
