Jessica SI had no problem picking up my order, the issue was finding a location to return it to. I had made the reservation online, but when I arrived, the dispatcher cancelled it, making it a RT to Tempe. When i got to KC, I spent 90 minutes on hold and getting the general run-around. Finally, I got a destination and returned it that morning.
