To me these are the best people to get a U-Haul from because they care about people they don't care about you know how much money you're spending and they always have been super nice to me even today I had stuff still in the truck and some left over that me and my sister had to come back and get and Jim Whites brother or the guy that was in the shop he was super nice and Jim is always nice like I said they care about people I am so overwhelmed with gratitude on how I got treated because any other place they treat you like a dollar sign and it feels comfortable to come in there and not be treated like that they treat you quite well so thank you so much to Jim Whites Auto for always going above and beyond with customer service.

TERRI MDefinitely we recommend Jim White's Auto to pick up a truck because I got the best truck there I would not recommend going to the U-Haul store on Wabash and tarot Indiana those people are super rude and they don't care about their customers I got unfair treatment by them but Mr White's office and his people are super super great so yes I would recommend this location.
