Not a good experience. Arrived 6 minutes late due to traffic and was informed by the person who rented the truck to me (even though there was someone else there being checked out before me). Truck was in bad shape. It had shifting issues as if it was unable to go to higher gears. I needed the truck for 10 hours but their office closes early with no after-hours drop off so had to drive back to my house so it could sit overnight even though I was already finished using it. The owner told me he would be in a 9:00am the next morning but called me a little after 8:00am asking where I was and was I going to get the truck there before 9:00am(?). Once I returned home, I got the receipt and was charged for a dolly and moving pads which I didn't order. Owner said he would ask UHaul for a refund. That never happened. I had to rent another truck the following week but due to the experience, I went to another Company instead.

Location was great, but Equipment was beat up, I didn’t realize until halfway through the trip that the license plate was loose and when I rolled up the door, it got jammed due to the loose license plate and we spent way too much time trying to get the door to come back down
ZACHARIAH Rthe customer service I received from Kathy , Becca ,and the location at Texas Ave in teas city was amazing. the system was down, so there was some issues with my reservation, but these ladies worked together to get me on the road!
