First of all, I got a phone call the day before my reservation, saying that they no longer could fulfill my 15 foot truck and would give me a 20 foot truck in place of it. I accepted it while I tried to figure out something else because a 20 foot truck would not have fit down the road we needed to get down. I ended up having to use a local 15 foot truck that we had to bring an hour and a half back which ended up costing me double what I planned on paying for the one-way trip. You guys should’ve covered this because it was your mistake. You also have a $50 guarantee if your reservation is not correct, so I feel like I should be at least getting that back if anything. This was super inconvenient for me and as a single mom, having to pay $400 for a U-Haul versus the 200 really screwed me over.

Dolly and blankets were not in the vehicle
Neill LLil repair shop went above and beyond to help me. Id highly recommend them. Awesome place. Uhaul the company on the other hand is about worthless. My reservation that i made online was at 2:30. I drove a little over 4 hours to get the car hauler to pick up a vehicle. Uhauls system was down and so was uhauls backup system. The dealer app was also not working. So I went ahead and took care of the vehicle thinking it would sort its self out in a few minutes. About an hour later the system was still down. So I canceled it and decided to get the vehicle on the weekend even though I wasn't really able to on the weekend. Stopped to eat and I got a call that the system was up. Since Iwas still close I went ahead and rented it over the phone and finished my meal. Picked it up at 5:07. Lil repair shop stayed open longer than they had to to get me taken care of. Again awesome people. Uhaul sucks though. So instead of getting back home at the planned 9ish in the pm, I got home at about 1:30 in the am. I wake up for work at 4am.
