The person handling my rental was very nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. The computer system for UHaul was not.

When trying to return the vehicle I was given a location and route they texted and changed the location which caused me to go over the allotted mileage and I had to pay an extra $14 due to no fault of my own. Very frustrating and uncalled for
BRIAN FHidden charges for "excess milage" when the van was only driven to exact locations listed in purchase and charge for late return when website stated 5pm return time. I understand this is not the return locations issue but return agent was unhelpful in addressing these charges. I will not be doing business with uhaul in the future. I hope the extra 80$ in Hidden fees makes up for that
