The truck was clean when I picked it up, but during the pre-trip inspection, I noticed the driver's side windshield wiper was broken and requested a replacement. Additionally, the truck's roof was covered in 40 cm of snow, and the law clearly states that we must clear snow from vehicles before allowing them to be driven. Therefore, I had to do it myself; I was provided with a ladder to access the roof. The gas tank was half full, and I was told to fill it up halfway upon my return to the city, where I was to return the truck to another U-Hall location, which I did.
Vanessa LLa personne qui nous a accueillis était professionnels et gentille. Mais le véhicule était sale, impossible de voir dans les miroirs. Les pneus ne valaient pas chers, en freinent le véhicule s'est mis à glisser. J'ai mentionné ce fait à la réceptionniste à mon retour et elle m'a répondu qu'elle était au courant. J'aurais aimé qu'on me le dise, avant de partir avec le camion.
