This place was a run down car joint. It was closed when we got there. Had to do the online drop off. The location charged another $50. The app wouldn’t load the photos I had to take in order to proceed with leaving the truck. I had to call customer service which took 20 minutes for someone to answer. Finally he had me email him photos to complete my dork off. I’m definitely going to look into a different company next time.

Tunisia IShould have had a U-Haul employee handy at the hours it said it was open and closed. Everyone is not computer trained to do everything online. Like the self checkout and checkin. We may need personal help
