The staff is hard to reach by phone. Also, they wrongly charged me for the distance I drove and the fuel service. I only drove 40 km, tops, but they asserted it was 100 km. And they kept calling me asking how I returned the key and where I dropped off the truck. That proves somebody must have used it after I dropped it off and they charged me for that. Extremely unacceptable!!! And I cannot get hold of the staff via phone
BO-KAI Wvehicle was switched to a different vehicle ( I rented and had confirmed a 9 foot van, and a 10 ft truck was substituted. Furniture dolly and 5 furniture blankets were not provided. D Freedman
