The location was closed so not much to rate but the drop Off was easy. They had signs everywhere to tell you where to take it.

GLEN EThe manager did not arrive to the location until 10:20 am. 4 rentals were waiting around for him. Pave the parking lot. It was a muddy mess.
Richard CYour mileage charge at $1.19 is outrageous. My rental of a $19.95 turned out to be a total of $165. We drove to the next county to pick up material to clear out a storage unit. Too bad we had a hundred mile round trip
