Barry AThe guy who handles the Uhaul side of things at the shop was late for work but said he was coming, so we went for breakfast for an hour. We got back and he told his boss he'd do it over the phone. Then he couldn't even find the info using the reservation # and my information. It was painful dealing with this location.
Grant HBiggest issue was using the U-Haul app. Constantly freezes.
