The trailer was clean and seemed to be well maintained. The only thing we had an issue with is the trailer had a very soft tire. The trailer worked very well for picking up a lawn mower. Very pleased U-Haul has a trailer like this.
RONALD BVan is not cleaned and lot of stuff left related to uhal which were occupied space and I booked for dolly which is missed

SUE WService at both pick up and drop off was not good at all. Truck broke down 4 times had to wait for roadside assistance which held us back from our move. I will never use Uhaul again!
