The U-Haul rep worked hard to find us a 20' truck. Although it was a bit out of range we made the drive and are glad we did. It was a great experience moving using this large truck and I would do it again. Thank-you for a great experience.

Martin MFacility was fine, but the U-haul trailer lights did not work. They had to redirect me to another location for another trailer. They did that and were very helpful.
