Ensure that the vehicles maintenance is maintained. We received a vehicle and the battery was no good. We had to call a toe truck company for a jump and it was a huge inconvenience. No Dollys are available at this location either and it doesn’t specify that or as customers it shouldn’t allow us to check out the items online if they are not available at the location(s).
DEJAUNIQUE LAgent Jay was very helpful and professional.
Christopher PKey in pickup box was NOT for my truck. Took four calls to U-Haul and over an hour wait -- in the sun -- till the situation was remedied. Please note - Felix Pena, the Area Manager, was the only saving grace - HE is awesome and needs to be commended for the job he does. As for "Hard Drive Automotive," they should NOT be a U-Haul location.
JEFFREY CThe alignment on the vehicle was horrible both empty and loaded. If a customer states that there truck is lifted and definitely if they say there tires are larger than average, inform them what the dollys straps maximum tire size is instead of just saying "that's fine" and continuing to only go off of stock information. Don't add in additional things that the customer specifically said they don't want.
