STEVE BThe door jammed with the lock. I couldn't get the uhaul door to shut. I called the office and the guy told me he cannot help me he held up, and his hands were tied. I called for roadside assistance the estimated wait time was 90 mins. Roadside assistance never showed up. I took care of the matter on my own. Very poor customer service. Disappointed.
JOSEPHINA GDirections not correct with address given. We delivered uhaul 2 days early and uhaul called us 2 times after it was delivered to ask when we were dropping off because location didnt report it delivered. Location is on a farm muddy dirt road. Hard to find.
