This location is in the middle of nowhere with no proper office. When you arrive, the guy watches from a distance and calls you, which came off as creepy. I was given a van that was almost out of gas but was asked to return it with a quarter tank and promised a $16 credit which doesn’t make sense given today’s fuel prices. As soon as I drove off, the low fuel warning came on. Since I was moving and couldn’t keep stopping to refuel, I filled it up to full. When I returned it full and asked for a fair refund, I was told “it’s not their policy to refund for extra gas”. Is it their policy to give customers vehicles that are nearly empty? Makes no sense. Disputing with my credit card and would not rent here again. Worst UHaul place ever.
