The truck was pretty sketchy. Luckily I was an in town move and only out 30 miles on it. If I was driving across the country I would have refused that truck. The front end was VERY loose and transmission shifted poor if not in tow haul mode (even when unloaded).

They explained every aspect of our rental choices and guided us to the best truck for our application. We tried several other U-Haul locations and found ourselves frustrated with the lack of communication, failures with the online application process, and overall failure to meet our needs. I’m sure there are good people at these locations, but none of the came through for us. We found the Snook Ln location and they (Christina and Trish) just made it happen! Thank you Christina and Trish! You redeemed the U-Haul name and brand for us. We will be back!!!
