Have personal that speak English. Vehicle was not checked or cleaned after previous renter. A few items were still in the van. I returned the items with the van. I reserved the vehicle at one location but the reservation pickup location was changed. I am a u-haul member but i still had to give all my information again in order to pickup the van. The vehicle itself was fairly new and in good physical shape other than a light switch in the ceiling console which had come loose prior to my renter.
