uhaul, was blocked in, barely gad enough room to get out of lot , also staff not trained properly to fill out form to rent uhaul , .took 45mins to finally rent, get snow off and be on my way. late in entire journey, could of jeopardized my whole day..

URBANO CI had to go into the service centre for a jug of washer fluid, as the reservoir was empty. Perhaps do better checks on the fluid top ups. Also the DIC was flashing of low rear tires, both left and right. Could have just been the extreme cold, but better safe than sorry.
