Had to sign the contract on the phone outside in the cold and couldn't see that the fuel mark was incorrect. Took it out with the needle just past the 1/4 tank mark and filed it up to just past that mark right before i brought it back and they still charged me $57.77 for fuel even though I sent them proof of the fuel before and after the trip. I would definitely not recommend this location to anyone. A total of $430.20 for 9 hours with a 15 foot box truck.

I believe the truck had the required amount of fuel at the time I dropped it up. Unfortunately, I noticed that I have still been charged for additional fuel. I do have a photo showing the fuel level when I took the truck, which I can share for your review. THE LOCATION WAS CLOSED WHEN I DROPPED THE TRUCK, SO I WASN'T ABLE TO RATE THE FACILITY.
AHMET IThe lady behind the counter was very slow. I waited about 30 minutes while she was on the phone and with another customer
Robert SCustomer service is very much a priority at this location!!!
lester kTo itemize my complaint: -truck hadn't been cleaned/muddy inside -windshield was dirty, condensation was smeared. Made visibility compromised -wipers needed to be replaced. Did not clear windshield adequately making visibility at night, particularly in construction zones dangerous -drivers side strap/ratchet didn't work properly. It kept coming loose, if fact came off the tire at one point and became frozen to the trailer. Towing safety was compromised. Equipment failure. I spoke with the rental agent who said he "didn't notice if the truck was dirty, only checked the gas gauge" so obviously he didn't clean the truck. I spoke with the district manager who claimed the truck was just serviced though he couldn't produce documents that addressed windshield wipers or cleaning. The district manager took $187 CD off the bill. They had charged me for insurance og the truck and trailer, neither of which I was notified of or accepted.
