Very confusing to access the U-Haul center, not a lot of signage. Power outage also affected pick up and had to wait quite a bit to get served. Representative on duty was fantastic and very apologetic - it was much appreciated.

It was a horrible experience. The 15 foot truck we booked weeks in advance was not there for Truck Share at the time we booked it for (we had Booked for 6:00am) We got there and had to call support for them to find another 15 foot truck that we could use. They found one that was in Toronto (we are in Brampton) and it was over an hour there and back to pick up the new 15 foot truck up. We lost out on our Dolly and moving blankets that we actually NEEDED and that I paid extra for, and when we picked up the new truck, it was minutes away from being empty on gas. After refueling the truck we made it back to Brampton with less time we needed for prepping for the movers to come. All in all, we lost just over an hour of time that we really needed. We were very disappointed, and it made things more difficult on an already stressful day. We will not book with U-Hual again. It was literally a waste of time.
