Trying to arrange the pick up location was awful, once I finally got a location close to me which I was requesting was good, the gentleman I dealt with was very helpful, and walked me thru the pick up process.

Cowell is the best U-Haul location that I’ve ever used. I worked with Daniele who was professional, courteous and made the entire process very simple. I’ve had issues returning equipment at other locations, but not at Cowell. Everything was processed online, the pick was easy and straightforward. I dropped the trailer off outside of regular hours, and I had absolutely no issues. I highly recommend this U-Haul location and will do all my rentals here going forward.
