Great customer service

STEVEN SI think there was some confusion on my booking in your computer system where one agent told me mileage and wasn't in the system. It was resolved with a phone call.
GLEN TI put 22 miles on the truck. I put 3 gallons of gas when I returned it. I was then charged for 5 gallons of gas even though I only put 22 miles on the truck. I called customer service to get it taken care of. It took me 45 minutes of being on hold to get this issue resolved. You really need to look in to that location where I rented the truck. If they are trying to overcharge me, I am sure they are doing it to other customers.
